BEL-AIR, CA (January 23, 2004) – Cheryl
wore a fur wrap to keep warm on the red carpet. Joely Fisher
(NEW “Wild Card”), Marla Maples, Irena
Medavoy, Larissa Meek (“Average Joe: Hawaii”)
and Chris MacDonald (NEW “Cracking Up”)
and more than 30 celebrities faced flashing cameras, television crews
and fast-talking magazine reporters in the courtyard before entering
the hilltop Bel-Air mansion of Donna Estes Antebi where
Mrs. Estes Antebi co-hosted a spectacular party with W magazine’s
vice president and publisher Alyce Alston in honor

In that “only
in Hollywood” style, in a cavernous two-story living room made
toasty by a roaring fire, surrounded by stunning flower arrangements
and a fabulous collection of contemporary art and sculpture, more
than 250 helped themselves to hors d’ouevres from French restaurant
Pastis and sipped Vincent Van Gogh Vodka martinis, Glaceau/Vitaminwater
and Wild Horse wine.
The evening was to celebrate sales guru and author Livesay’s
ground-breaking new book The Seven Most Powerful Selling Secrets:
Soar Your Way to Success With Integrity, Passion and Joy
(Palari, March 2004). Having sold for more than twenty years, Livesay
developed a unique set of techniques that can improve your ability
to sell just about anything— including yourself — combining
essential elements of spirituality with tried-and-true sales tools.
While some may find his methodology unconventional, many experts believe
it is a breakthrough way to be happier and more successful in your
sales and personal life. And on this night he was surrounded by believers. |
